💼 About the Role:

As the Centre Manager, you will be the heart of our service leading an experienced team to provide high-quality early childhood education and care. You’ll bring strong leadership, emotional intelligence, and operational excellence to create a warm, inclusive, and compliant environment where children, educators, and families feel supported.

🌱 What You’ll Do:

• Provide inspiring leadership and support to a team of dedicated educators
• Ensure the centre meets and exceeds National Quality Standards
• Build trusted relationships with families, children, staff, and the wider community
• Oversee daily operations including rosters, compliance, budgets, and reporting
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and professional growth

✅ What We’re Looking For:

• Diploma or Bachelor in Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)
• Minimum 2 years' leadership experience in a childcare or kindergarten setting
• Strong knowledge of the EYLF, NQF, and compliance regulations
• Confident communicator with excellent people management skills
• A natural leader who is passionate about early learning and team development
• Current WWCC, First Aid, Child Protection & relevant checks
